"you are not allowed to edit this post"

When I try to add new post I put some text into the box and I get the message You are not allowed to edit this post. also there is no Upload/insert star between the title and the text box. "you cannot modify this taxonomy" shows in several places and although the left column lists 4 comments when I hit the comments tab the comments page says I have no comments, not new,old, pending anything. I do not have wordpress installed on my macbook. I am using Safari for the browser. the blogging has worked fine from all over the world the past 9 months, the last couple of days it has done this. Any help would be great.

Hi. I'm having the same problem. I have a draft post that I saved and now can access to edit/publish also. Any ideas on what is wrong?
