I don't have the picture with me to download but the best I saw was on the sign of a fish market in Kitwe, Zambia.

I think the most stunned I was at an ad were the Flirt Vodka (not appropriate for prudish workplaces) ads we saw in Bulgaria. The link has a sampling, but misses some of the raciest ones that were pasted on billboards.

That said, I think the most effective ad I've ever seen was a wear your seatbelt ad put out by the Garda in Ireland. I know I've seen it on the internet, but I can't find it now. It was kind of gory, but effective advertising. Wish I could find it.
